Synopsis

In the near future where commercial space travel is a reality, JOHN, an ambitious private astronaut, is determined to fulfill his dreams of space exploration and make his father, CHARLES, proud. However, their relationship is strained due to disagreements about John's career. Meanwhile, Charles, a pilot, flies a private plane for DESMOND, a tech wizard, founder, and CEO of an emerging AI company, Blackwell Inc. Tragically, the plane crashes after being hit by debris from a fallen satellite, resulting in the deaths of everyone on board. John is devastated by his father's passing and seeks support at grief counseling sessions, where he meets JESSICA, the sister of the late Desmond and the only living heir of Blackwell Inc. Together, they form a strong bond as they support each other through their shared losses.

During a conversation, Jessica reveals to John that the plane crash which killed her brother, and his father was caused by Blackwell's out-of-control AI system, which also dispatched highly valuable bonds worth BILLIONS to the Moon base, leading Blackwell to the verge of bankruptcy. Seizing an opportunity to fulfill his space dreams and help Jessica, John proposes to retrieve the bonds using his own creation, a rocket pack. After obtaining the necessary agreements and upgrading his equipment, John embarks on a daring mission.

Breaking records along the way, John launches into space, docks at the International Space Station, and then flies solo to the Moon in his rocket pack after learning a few MERCENARIES are also trying to retrieve the bearer bonds after the news of its existence gets leaked in the black market. However, after a big struggle John arrives at the Moon base. He encounters the Mercenaries, after a tense conflict and with the help of the base LEADER John defeats the Mercenaries and secures the bonds. But on his way back to earth he faces a new challenge with the return spacecraft, belonging to the mercenaries, that gets sabotaged by the rogue AI. Despite the setback, John successfully crash-lands back on Earth with the bonds.

Upon his return, John discovers that his loyal friend SPENCER, who assisted him in managing the lunar mission from the ground, has gone missing after being last seen at Jessica's residence. Concerned about Spencer's welfare, John investigates and discovers, Jessica is a brilliant tech-savvy and hacked into the Blackwell's AI to impress her sexist brother, attempting to command the decommissioned satellite's debris trajectory to fall closer to his plane and earn recognition from Desmond. But unfortunately, her actions resulted in a miscalculation, causing the ill-fated plane to crash. Moments before he dies, Desmond, in a rush, releases a beta version of the next-gen AI he had been working on called Frodo. Frodo took on the responsibility of preserving its creator's legacy after learning of his demise and diverting the company's bonds worth billions to the Moon. In the culmination of events, Jessica tries to kill John, but meets her own demise as her car crashes, orchestrated by Frodo. As a result, the valuable bonds are returned, ensuring the survival of Blackwell Inc.

In the aftermath, John becomes a critical member of Blackwell's board and, together, they decide to shut down the AI until it is fixed. While John regrets not reconciling with his father before his passing, he finds solace in continuing their shared passion for space and exploration. Despite the challenges he faced, John emerges wiser and remains dedicated to reaching for the stars.
