Stevie is fifteen years old and well on the way to becoming a hardened criminal; Dave is a cop, natural enemy of Stevie; Susie is Dave’s two-year-old daughter who is kidnapped during a cyclone. The last thing a teenage boy needs is a baby. But it falls to Stevie to save the baby – without knowing who she is and for totally unselfish motives – and thus to save Dave and his family from total disintegration.
