1. Sponsor will purchase grand prize winning screenplay for $10,000.00 USD (TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS). Winner will be included in the development process of making the film as a consultant and receive writing credit. (Value: Priceless)
2. Winner will receive 2% net backend points to share in the success of the film.
3. Sponsor will fully finance, develop and produce the grand prize winning feature script with a set budget of $250,000.00! (TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS).
4. Winner will be Promoted In the largest entertainment trade magazines during the top tier film festivals: Sundance , Berlin, Cannes Film Festival AND American Film Market. (Value: Priceless)
