TARGETS (Part 1)
Main Character changes his name and identity to get revenge on his father's murderers. The corruption goes all the way up the political ranks to the governor. Apparently the main character's father who happens to be black was killed by cops who are part of a covert organization of KKK dating back to the founding of America. Main characters father was killed due to being part of an integration process in the south. The movie takes place in Texas and the affiliation with southern corruption plays a huge part in this film. The antagonists are involved in keeping a police department completely unintegrated. The captain is the person responsible for killing the protagonist father and is the target of the main character's motives. The main character incorporates his wife who is is partner in vengeance after she is told. The main character's wife and him go on to take down crime in the city. The main character manages to take down the governor and the captain. He also bonded with the antagonist's son who was killed by his father. The main character is never found out to be the person who killed all the faculties of the KKK organization.
