Author Bio: Since 2014, sixteen of my scripts (feature and short) have between them clocked up 80 screenplay competition wins, 42 of these being 1st place wins. My work has been produced / is being produced. I now run a boutique consulting service called "Winning in Screenplay Contests". Following my writing achievements I've accepted invitations to be a jury member of the 11th Marbella International Film Festival and also the 2nd London Indie Film Festival.

Emmy Award winner Miguel Guerreiro selected "Early Release" to be his first English language short. IMBd On the international film festival circuit this film has won "Best Script", "Best Short", "Best Crime","Best Actress", "Best Actor" "Jury Merit Award", "Runner-up Best Actor", has been nominated for "Best Cinematography", Best Editing", "Best Film", "Best Performance" and has achieved official film festival selection 31 times.

My latest short screenplay "No Choice" is now in pre-production with Kissing Gate Media in conjunction with Green Girl Productions. Shooting is scheduled September 2016 on location along the coast of County Cork, Ireland.

My short screenplay "Death's Lady Love" is in pre-production with Sanford Films in conjunction with Kissing Gate Media. Shooting is scheduled for the fall of 2016 on location in Maine, USA.

I've optioned two feature scripts and a third is subject to a Shopping Agreement. I have five shorts slated for production and was recently commissioned to write a feature to be shot in Nebraska.

I'm an English published, produced and award-winning playwright turning to film. Most of my staged works featured Royal Shakespeare Company actors and include an award winning regional tour.
