Please note, Done Deal Pro requires that passwords be 5 to 15 characters in length and without any symbols or punctuation. Also, due to username conflicts we had to manually adjust a few usernames. If your password or username does not work when you try to login to their site, click on the "Forgot Your Password" link on their Login page and your username & password will be instantly sent to the e-mail address associated with your account.

After logging in, make sure you see "Logged in as: YOUR USERNAME" underneath their logo. Next, click on the "My Profile" link. You'll need to re-enter your username and password for security purposes to see your profile info. Take a quick look and make sure your information is correct. You can make changes or updates at any time. Also, be sure to set up the MY DEALS feature, located at the bottom of your profile page.
