What ever happened to User Comments? It was the best part of this website and the main reason I visited it. Having watched this site over time, it is obvious to me that this site has become increasingly commercial... and therefore less objective and screenwriter friendly. Such a pity.
Hi Dee Dee. The site is still the way it was before but they have modified some of the menus so it might be a slightly different way to how you got to it before.
The only two places you can make comments is this generic message board - for general stuff or make comments on a contest you recently entered. The Message Board is hardly used - sometimes cheap advertising for some contests. I would like to see it take off cause there must be only a handful that use it and half of them must be Aussies.
Biggest change that had me scratching my head was the Contest Queue which used to have it's own tab but now is under the Contests tab. It only appears there if you have logged in.
So its basically the same MovieBytes just changed slightly.
So, where does one find the formerly accessible and useful User Comments? I can't find it, and I'm by no means stupid. As a an active subscriber and contributor to MovieBytes, I'd like an explanation, preferably from Fred.
On the our individual contest listings pages, there's tab labeled, "Comments" where you'll find comments posted about that particular contest. Be default, comments are displayed for 12 months. After that, though, you can still see what was posted in the past by clicking the link to display older comments.
