Objective

The Script Exposure Screenwriting competition main objective is to find great scripts in any genre and pass them on to working Hollywood professionals, such as: Agents, Managers and Producers. We're about helping the screenwriter get connected. And with a very low entry fee of $20, The Script Exposure Screenwriting competition is the most affordable competition any writer can enter. We offer competitions 4 times a year and we even invite managers/agents and producers the opportunity to view loglines of all submitted scripts. So, if your script isn't one of the winning scripts, you can still receive a read request from a manager/agent or producer.

Rules

This competition is open to all writers, 18 years old or older without any produced feature film credits.

• Any script from any genre will be considered.
• Multiple entries are accepted, provided the appropriate entry fee is attached to each submission, as well as the script details (title, logline & page count.)
• Screenplays must be the original work of the author.
• Registering your scripts through the WGA is recommended and encouraged, or you may also opt to have your material protected under the copyright law through the Library of Congress.
• We will not allow substitutions of new drafts or revised/corrected pages for any script entries under any circumstances.

The entry must be accompanied by the following:

a. the appropriate entry fee
b. completed original feature screenplay
c. title, logline & page count

Awards

Each winner in the five genres: Comedy, Action/Adventure, Thriller, Drama and Horror, will be read for representation consideration from the leading agencies and management companies in Hollywood. See website for details. Also, all loglines will have the opportunity of being read by Hollywood professionals. So, even if your script doesn't win in one of the genre categories, you can still receive a read request for representation consideration.

Ten leading management/production companies will receive the winning entries. Please see website for all company names.
