Ghost in the Bath

A woman, who refuses to believe a curse exit on the house she has just closed on, discovers there’s more to be concerned with than the ghost in the house while soaking in her new farmhouse bath

Mildred Masters, a middle-aged woman, widowed and childless, closes on a house, reputed to be haunted by a prior murder victim whose only escape from the bath where they were murdered is to murder their replacement. But Mildred doesn’t believe in ghost or even concerned with the two murders committed in the house over the years. Mildred’s only thoughts on the house are the deal she swung buying it for much less than the house is worth. Then there’s Angela Garner, Mildred’s real estate agent, who has plans of her own for the house once she owns it herself. Angela welcomes getting the word out on the murders and ghost who occupy the home figuring on a large resale and the book and movie deals that would follow. Angela’s only interference with her plan playing out is Mildred. But she has a plan for that too. But so does the ghost in the bath whose plan is much simpler.
