MARY BAKER EDDY
When the leader of a new Christian religion is targeted by a vicious smear campaign by a leading newspaper, it launches a suit against the popular but controversial 85-year-old woman for control of her newly found church; but a famous literary figure (Mark Twain) surprisingly comes to her aid, and the church leader wins the suit and starts a newspaper that decades later wins awards named after the publisher (Pulitzer) that attacked her.
