Set the 15-century Transylvania a beautiful royal countess Elizabeth Bathory is enraged at the fact that she is getting older and her skin is begining to wrinkle, When in a chance outburst of rage she struck one of her chambermaids and some of her blood landed on her face. Mesmerized at the way the skin looked with the blood on her, she slowly began to kill and drain the blood of all the young and beautiful women of her village. She was eventually caught and only then the secrets of what she had done is revealed.
