'Tonic' spring water is discovered in the Australian Desert Outback, circa 1910, which has some 'strange effects' on the local chiXXXen ranchers, and towns people especially during the big V. Agra Founders Day celebration. A gang of inept thugs, not unlike the Three Stooges, attempt to steal the special water for chiXXXen rancher, retired English Army Bird Colonel, Horalot Slanders, and his former Sergeant Major, Kent Duckee (fried?).
