Writers James Hollmer, and Justin Skrakowski. e-mail dfettucini@hotmail.com James and Justin have been writing for many years, and have a comedy background. Both are member's of the Dallas Screenwriter's Association. Rent House has made the quarter final's in the Page International Screenplay Competition. There are two sequels in the works for this screenplay. We feel this can be developed, and our projections for this movie is a bigtime opening. The advertising will be based on everyone has lived in, partyed in, or left something in a Rent House, and it was a great time in their lives. The party rolls on. The D.V.D life we also feel will be a special part of this movie.
